Brothers New York Style Pizza in Albany

I called and was on hold for more than 5 min and someone picked up the phone and disconnected the call. I decided maybe it was an accident and called back...a guy answered and asked delivery or pick up and then hung the hell up again. Just ridiculous.

I visit this location in Albany every time I come from Altanta in town from for my business trip. I've had mixed responses from the locals who I mention this to but I can only suggest they give it another try. I've only had pizzas (both whole pizza or the 2 large slices deal for only like 5 bucks- I already ate the other slice before the pics lol) so I can't speak for the other menu items from there but they've all been Dlish! Loaded with cheese and toppings and crust cooked perfectly.

If I could give them a -10 I would they have piss poor service. Usually I go pick up my food and sit in the parking lot for 30-45 minutes. 3rd time ordering delivery the first the driver dropped the food and you could clearly tell food was everywhere in the bag. 2nd time it took 1hr and 20 minutes as well as the thrid time. Will not order anymore and the staff is very unprofessional.

This place definitely does look a bit run down, no offense, but the pizza and calzones are super delicious. Now I do recommend eating everything fresh from the oven, because it's not as good from the microwave. Personally, I've never been inside, only used the drive thru, so I can't review how it looks, but as for the food and service, top notch.

Good cheese pizza! Very friendly service. All the c-19 precautions are actively practiced. Loved the slightly chewy crust.

It's a Itallion type pizza joint. Good food. Hot food. Friendly service. Will go back.

Not much to look at but the pizza was great and the staff was friendly and courtious. Worth the visit.

New York style, I ordered two slices the chef came out and apologized the crust got cut on one of my slices, did I want another, it was a nice gesture. At least he cares what he's serving.

Called to bbn place a delivery order. Was put on hold twice for over 10 mins. Then finally was told they were done delivering for the night. Food looked good. Wanted to try it. So much for trucker appreciation. Smh

2nd best Pizza I've had so far since moving to the area. Chicken was also good. Didn't get 5 starts because an item was left off my order. Didn't realize it until we got home.

Was a little sceptic at first but decided to try it out, awesome decision! Take it from a native New Yorker, the taste is definitely on point & they deserved to keep their "New York Pizza" name!

Always great! Love the pizza girl 😍! The staff always greets and asks if we need anything while we wait. The pizza girl always puts a nice message in our box. Thank you for making our evening nice once again!

LOVE the Buffalo Wings. These folks know how to do everything NY. The Pie is genuine and the wings are genuine. If you get the cheese pizza, do yourself a favor and put Parmesan and Oregano on it and leave some to get cold for about 3 hours and THEN eat it...It’s a good pizza that becomes REALLY good when it gets cold.

The food is always fresh and so good.😍 Nice portions too. But customer service is a hit or miss which I'm finding is to be expected in Albany, GA--unfortunately.

Great calzones and Strombolis

I got the Brothers stuffed za on my first visit ever. My compadre and myself were lobotomized by the sheer mass of the 14" pie! Minds Blown! Taste Buds Satisfied! Worth every cent! This pie is now legendary in my opinion!

Good quality food and great service. Waited in the car for the food, nice guy delivered it to my car. Decided we wanted pepperoni not cheese and they made it over not problem. I️ don’t mind paying more when the service is excellent.

I have ordered burgers before and they were great but this time I decided to order a Calzone. I got the Supreme with the Ricotta cheese. I like to eat leftovers the next day so I ordered the large. The thing was HUGE. I ate it for 4 days! The next time I ordered the lasagna. Fantastic! What I like best about this place is they are not skimpy with the cheese. I always order extra cheese but don't have to here. Will definitely be ordering again.

It would be nice If they would have some way to notify that on Sundays delivery stops at 8:30. I was very upset because I'm at work and do not have a break. I wont be ordering here again.

I've eaten from here 3 times since pandemic..first two times was delivery..and everything turned out well. Tonight my brother went there for chicken..the chicken was undercooked with blood flowing through it. One bad experience but it's enough to never eat from here again.

Good food, good service, friendly and attentive staff.

It was surprisingly good. At first I was concerned because of the out of the way location and the age of the building, but all my concerns disappeared after I received my meal. I had one slice of the meat lovers pizza, and also the cheese burger. Both were excellent and i would easily say this is one of the best hole-in-the-wall restraints in Albany! Great job guys!

Is definitely the closest thing you're going to get to New York style pizza and the prices I reasonable

Got a half cheese and pepperoni. Pretty good also got a Bianca pizza. Was really heavy on garlic. Made it hard to enjoy the pizza. Was a little too much but if you love garlic thrn it's for you

Oh.my.goodness. EPIC! Hubs and I shared a deluxe stromboli, and it was amazing. Did not expect to get great Italian in Albany, GA, being a gal from Brooklyn, but to say the least, I was pleasantly surprised. From the customer service, to the value, to the insane quality of the food, this place is on point. Brothers, keep doin what you're doin! We'll be back for sure.

Ordered the chicken parmesan pasta, garlic knots, and peach cobbler.Chicken parm: didn't see the cheese, the chicken was not burnt, but the seasonings were Very mild and blackened and it was tough to bite into and didn't taste good in general. There were also very few bites of chicken in the whole dish. The pasta was basically very watery noodles with Prego sauce and you paid someone else to go to walmart for you and make it. How do you mess up pasta? My dog didn't even care for it and he eats literally everything. The salad that comes with was fine but missing the dressing.Garlic knots: were fine. Just meh and a little doughy and not a lot of flavor. But overall fine.Peach cobbler: Also meh. Flavor is good, but depends on how you like your crust.Overall bland experience that's overpriced. Domino's did it better. I'll try this place again for as far as their other menu items are concerned but won't bother with the pasta again.

Definitely NOT a good idea to order delivery from this place. I ordered my food well over an hour and a half ago just for the driver to call me and tell me he is at the wrong location. I provided my cell number as well as my address so how he ended up at the "wrong location" is absurd. I will not be doing business with this establishment in the future. Update. My food is COLD. and it has officially been 2 HOURS. I am literally walking distance from Brothers Pizza

Calzone is pure profection. But order online cause the prices differ (cheaper) from ordering over the phone.

Being from New Jersey, it reminded me of REAL italian brick oven pizza. I loved it. Great customer service. Will be going back sooner than later

Just in Albany for a couple days. I try to always order from local vendors. Called these people just because they delivered and were close. GREAT choice. Ordered the 16" stuffed pizza. Holy Smokes. It's HUGE. And amazing. And cheap. You can't go wrong with these folks.

Right portions of toppings always cooked correctly and tastes good. I recommend the calzone, best in town!
